Enough defending our brilliance — it’s time to build systems worthy of it. “A different world is possible”
Join us for a conversation grounded not in what Black and Global Majority communities lack, but in everything we already carry — knowledge, leadership and power. For over 40 years, ROTA has worked to challenge the systems that hold racial inequality in place — in policing, housing, health, education and employment — rather than manage their symptoms one at a time. This year, we’re turning that lens on what comes next: not just hope, but a plan.

We’re delighted to welcome Lennina Ofori as our guest speaker for the discussion. Lennina is a social entrepreneur and systems change consultant with over 20 years’ experience across children’s services, community work and the arts, whose work combines research, lived experience and storytelling to design systems rooted in dignity, equity and long-term change.
