Matthew Johnson, ROTA’s CEO provided the talk of called Babylon Never Fell, which showed that this film is not just about nostalgia, it’s about an enduring reality and the rigidity of systems that still have many relics of those days.
While there has been some progress made, as we have seen so clearly over the past few days, there have been significant steps backwards.
The speech focused on how it is high time to be honest, see clearly and not over-romanticise these policing systems.
