1. FVV Coalition Membership

The FVV Coalition brings together organisations, individuals and agencies that have an interest in the issues relating to women, girls and serious youth violence.

FVV Coalition members will receive:

• Quarterly e-updates on emerging practice, strategy and policy on women and youth violence
• The opportunity to input into responses to policy consultations
• Briefings on policy changes or significant activity
• Invitations to awareness-raising, information sharing and training events related to women and youth violence and the work of the FVV Coalition

Potential members will have to demonstrate genuine commitment to these issues in order to play a full role in developing the FVV agenda.

2. Role of FVV Coalition Working Group

The FVV Coalition Working Group is led by ROTA, in partnership with Imkaan and the nia project. The working group coordinates and influences key FVV deliverables such as:

• Influencing policy and strategy
• Annually reviewing activity against the FVV Report
• Supporting third sector stakeholders

All the working group representatives must have an active interest in the issue of serious youth violence and females, either through the delivery of specific services, the development/influence, or relevant policy/strategy.
