Lorraine Dongo

With vast experience of working with and in the charity/non-governmental sector at local, regional and international levels, Lorraine’s focus continues to be on promoting justice; citizenry voice, power and leadership; holding public and private institutions accountable; and creating and sustaining spaces for open and meaningful sustainable development dialogue and engagement across the globe.

She has extensive knowledge and skills of involving a wide range of (often marginalised and or vulnerable) people in community work, policy making, advocacy, activism, leadership and of generating partnership working between statutory, voluntary/NGO and, on occasion, private sector bodies. 

Lorraine is currently a PhD Researcher within Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research and the School of International Development and a Research Consultant with Global Corridors.
