A seminar examining relevant legislation and strategies organisations can use to support their BAMER service users to tackle exploitation and discrimination in the workplace, focusing on issues faced by workers in agencies, hospitality and other sectors.
With guest speakers from the Trades Union Congress (TUC) and other experts in the field, the seminar will inform and prompt discussion on how exploitation and discrimination must and can be tackled.
