Registration for the Conference will be from 4.45pm and the conference will begin at 5pm prompt. Refreshments will be provided.
The challenges faced by young people from racialised minority communities in the UK education system are well documented. From the fight against disproportionate exclusions (both formal and informal) to the fight for a more inclusive curriculum, to examining the greater dropout rates of minority ethnic university students, ROTA is one of a number of organisations working to address these disparities. We believe that by working with communities, parents, young people, teachers and the organisations campaigning for change, we can finally create an education system that is fit for purpose.
Join us for a panel debate with our allies.
