Since the pandemic, the NHS is giving a lot more of its support by telephone or online, rather than face-to-face, to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Some people have told us that they haven't been able to use services this way, or if they have, it simply hasn't worked for them. While others have found it easier to access the right support this way. If many mental health services are going to keep being run like this, we need to find out more about people’s experiences to make sure they’re getting it right.

We know that the system is set-up so that many people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities often don’t get support or experience poor treatment when they do. So we’re particularly keen to hear from people from these communities and whether this type of support is making their experiences better or worse.

Mind has produced a survey to gather feedback on how well ‘remote support’ is working for people with mental health problems and by sharing the survey link you can help us get a clearer picture of how well these services are working and how they might be improved.

The questions should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous but there is an option at the end of the questionnaire to include personal information if someone would like to take part in further research.

Take the survey, or for more information email us at action@mind.org.uk.
