It's hard to believe that it has been ten years since I spoke at ROTA’s AGM. The work of ROTA remains significant to everyone in the Equality and Human Rights field.

The biggest change in the arena has been the emergence of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, which has emerged following the closure of the former commissions for racial equality, disability rights and equal opportunities.
