Marsha John
Marsha John is a CIPD qualified HR professional who specialises in Diversity. She has worked in both the financial and housing sector; supporting businesses in developing their employment practices, products and service delivery to their customers.
Marsha was a founding member of Barclays Bank’s Cultural Diversity Network (CDN) which supported staff development and work with charitable organisations in the local community. The network went on to win the 2005 Windrush Award for their commitment to Charities.
Marsha is the Chair of the Housing Sector’s Diversity Group; which is working to develop leading edge practices in the sector. Marsha is also a trustee for the Mary Seacole Statute Appeal, who is raising funds for a permanent memorial to the Jamaican Nurse.
